Jill has been an advocate and a leader within the sleep field for more than 25 years. She has been personally involved in the development, integration, and management of 100’s of sleep centers and DME providers, which have allowed her to help many types of organizations, initiate and manage long-term sleep apnea programs. Jill is considered to be an expert in the areas of medical billing and regulatory compliance. To date, Jill has been able to help thousands of sleep apnea patients with their sleep testing, DME, and Compliance Support needs. Jill is the founder and the CEO of Dedicated Sleep.
Sue has been in the dental field for over 25 years, including Orthodontics, Dental Sleep Medicine and TMD. She has been instrumental with training new dental practices that have partnered with Dedicated Sleep. Dental Sleep Medicine is her passion and she enjoys sharing her knowledge of sleep medicine protocols, medical insurance coverage and billing, and claim submission with the dental staff. Sue is very active in the onboarding process and works as the liaison for Dedicated Sleep.
Cynthia S. Levy has extensive experience in the dental sleep medicine world. She serves as a consultant in the dental field to numerous practices, implementing staff protocols and overall management for general dental practices. She has also been a consultant in the dental sleep medicine field for over 10 years, successfully implementing oral appliance therapy in dental practices around the country. As a provider for Dedicated Sleep for the last three years, she has become proficient in DME protocols and helps with training and implementation of Dedicated Sleep protocols. She also serves as the Medicare resource for Dedicated Sleep, helping offices become DME providers for Medicare. She and her husband maintain a busy dental sleep medicine practice in Central Ohio and are providers for Dedicated Sleep.
Marnie has been a practitioner of alternative medicine for over 33 years. Licensed and practicing as an Acupuncturist since 1991, she specializes in optimal health and her interest in sleep medicine stems from its crucial role in overall health. She has been working with Dedicated Sleep since 2017, where she assists the clinical department with compliance support and therapy.
I have been in sleep 17 years I hold the RPSGT, CCSH credentials, (Registered Polysomnography Technologist and Certified in Clinical Sleep Health). I have managed several sleep labs with up to 16 beds at a time. I have worked DME from set up to billing and trouble shooting. I started a hospital wide CPAP compliance program that allowed physicians to schedule appointment for patients struggling. On the dental side I have started sleep medicine programs in offices from ground up. On the billing side I have billed for sleep, DME, and Dental Medicine to all insurances. I have been a guest speaker for the BRPT, AASM and Southern Sleep Society conferences.
Lisa Almy, RPSGT
Lisa has been working in the field of sleep medicine for over 11 years where she has gained extensive experience in a number of roles. Her start was in an overnight sleep lab where she spent over 1,600 hours in the field running tests, collecting data, providing instructions to patients, preparing equipment for procedures, recording test results, analyzing activities, and reporting to clinical directors. She became a registered polysomnagrapher in April of 2009 and has extensive durable medical equipment experience guiding patients through the therapy options of mandibular devices and CPAP therapy.

Mark Levy, DDS
Dr. Mark Levy is a lifelong resident of Columbus. Dr. Levy, is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Dentistry has been practicing dentistry in Columbus over 30 years. Dr. Levy has continued his education at the world renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI).Dr. Levy has become one of Central Ohio’s foremost dentists providing non-surgical treatments of both sleep apnea and TMJ disorders. He and his wife, Cynthia, have lectured nationally and have trained numerous other dentists in this specialized field. Dr. Levy has participated in dental missions to Israel, providing care for the country’s indigent. He has lectured on neuromuscular dentistry both locally and internationally, and served as a dental consultant to Patch Adams, M.D. in his quest to build a free hospital and dental clinic in West Virginia. Dr. Levy continues to stay cutting edge and is a member of several professional organizations, including I.A.P.A. (The International Association of Physiologic Aesthetics), A.A.D.S.M. (The American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine), and A.A.S.M (American Association of Sleep Medicine). In addition, Dr. Levy has been a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, the Columbus Dental Society and Alpha Omega.
Tony Soileau, DDS
After earning undergraduate and graduate dental degrees from LSU, Dr. Soileau has been treating obstructive sleep apnea with oral appliance therapy for 18 years within the greater Lafayette, LA region. Dr. Soileau travels the country lecturing on oral appliance treatment for sleep apnea. As a member of the Dedicated Sleep executive advisory and training team, Dr. Soileau’s experience in sleep dentistry offers valuable insight regarding optimal integration of oral appliance therapy and support services, within dental sleep medicine environments.
Stephen Poss, DDS
Dr. Poss graduated from David Lipscomb University and then obtained his dental degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. Dr. Poss lectures internationally on esthetic dentistry, sleep apnea and TMD. He is an active consultant to several dental manufacturers in new product development and refinement. He has had numerous articles published in most of the leading dental journals. He has obtained two Diplomates in dental sleep medicine from the American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine and the Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorders. Dr. Poss also is a Fellow with the Academy of Craniofacial Pain. He maintains a dental sleep medicine and TMJ practice in Brentwood, Tennessee.
Terry Gordon, DDS
Dr. Gordon has been providing patient care for the greater York and Adams County region since 1985. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology in 1979 from University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1984 from the University of Maryland at Baltimore. Committed to a larger sense of community, Dr. Gordon has traveled to the mountain villages of the Dominican Republic to provide care for the region’s poorest of the poor. He finds that people there have pretty much the same hopes and dreams about their smiles as his most demanding patients here in the States.
Roger Roubal, DDS
Dr. Roger Roubal is the foremost sleep apnea dentist in the Omaha, Nebraska area. He has a passion for dentistry that changes not just smiles, but changes lives, and this is what inspired him to study sleep dentistry. Through successful snoring and sleep apnea treatment he saves lives and gives his patients a higher quality of life. More regenerative sleep leads to better energy during the days and a happier life overall. Although Dr. Roubal graduated with his DDS from Creighton University in 1974, he has never stopped learning, and he continues to add certifications and hours for advanced training in sleep apnea and snoring treatment. In 2013, Dr. Roubal became a Diplomate of the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine and a Diplomate of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine, and is the Immediate Past President of the American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine.
