🔄 Referral Process

How do I refer a patient to Dedicated Sleep?
You can submit a referral using our secure referral form or via your partner portal. If you need access, please contact referrals@dedicatedsleep.net.
What happens after I submit a referral?
Our team immediately begins patient onboarding, insurance verification, and contact. You’ll receive updates via email or portal alerts as each step progresses.
Can I track referral status?
Yes. All partner clinics have access to a real-time status dashboard that shows where each referral is in the treatment pipeline.

📄 Documentation & Forms

Where can I find STOP-Bang and BMI screening tools?
These are available directly on our website and embedded in the referral intake form.
Do I need to fax or email patient documents?
No. All forms, Rx orders, and LMNs can be completed and submitted digitally through your partner portal.
Can I customize the LMN or Rx forms?
We support templated documents for consistency, but personalized fields can be added if needed. Contact your onboarding manager for help.

💬 Communication

How will I be notified of patient progress?
You’ll receive updates via your preferred method — email, portal alerts, or EHR integration (where applicable).
Who do I contact if I need help or status updates?
Email support@dedicatedsleep.net or call our partner line at 850-398-5533. A Partner Success Manager will assist you.

🛠️ Technical Support

I forgot my portal password. How do I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen or email support@dedicatedsleep.net.
Can we integrate with our EHR system?
Yes, we support integration with most major systems. Contact support@dedicatedsleep.net to discuss integration options.
Are our patient referrals HIPAA compliant?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted end-to-end and stored according to HIPAA, SOC 2, and industry best practices.

📦 Equipment & DME

Do you handle DME fulfillment?
Yes. We manage all medical equipment (PAP, MRD, sensors) from order to delivery, including insurance and patient financing support.
How are patients supported post-delivery?
Our care team follows up with all patients and coordinates with you if additional clinical support is needed.

📈 Partnership & Billing

Is there a cost to partner with Dedicated Sleep?
No. We handle the intake, education, insurance, and care coordination. Partners are compensated per referral agreement terms.
How do I update my clinic’s contact or billing info?
Email referrals@dedicatedsleep.net. with your updated information. We’ll verify and confirm within 1–2 business days.
