I bring over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry. I am a certified biller, coder and auditor specializing in the complete revenue cycle, from patient registration and insurance verification to claims processing and compliance auditing.

Throughout my career, I have developed a deep understanding of healthcare operations and financial workflows, enabling me to optimize processes, ensure accuracy and maintain compliance with industry standards. My passion for people and compassionate approach drive me to create a positive, patient-centered experiences while supporting healthcare teams in delivering exceptional care.

Outside of work I simply just enjoy spending time with family and friends. I value opportunities to connect with others and embrace life’s moments.

Don Maliza

Dr. Don Malizia left general dentistry to join Dr. Barry Glassman at the Allentown Pain Center. After extensive training with well-known restorative gurus, Dr. Malizia attended a Glassman Seminars course and after studying the supportive literature, started studying regularly in Allentown and never looked back. Together they forged the development of an evidence-based treatment model for patients with orofacial pain, joint dysfunction and sleep disorders. Don’s many roles included development and maintenance of the extensive library that is used in our teaching efforts. Don has been the primary provider for the Allentown Pain & Sleep Center and continues to partner with Barry and now Dedicated Sleep, in their goal to educate dentists in the evidence based model in an ideal learning environment. Don and Barry have published many articles together on the topics of sleep and pain.

Doug is the Vice President of Business Development for Dedicated Sleep. He joined the company in 2018 and has been educating & recruiting dentists who treat sleep apnea and place full arch dental implants how to grow their practices year after year. He loves impacting the lives of so many patients & practices and brings a wealth of dental practice knowledge and relationships to the role. Cynthia Levy

Cynthia Levy is a seasoned dental sleep medicine consultant with over 20 years of experience. She has served as the business manager for a large multi-provider general dental practice and has been a key member of the management team at Dedicated Sleep for the past seven years. Cynthia has successfully established and manages a thriving sleep and TMD (temporomandibular disorders) practice. Additionally, she oversees Dedicated DM Billing, ensuring efficient handling of Medicare claims for providers. Her expertise spans clinical operations, business development, and healthcare billing, making her a trusted leader in the dental sleep medicine field.

Dr. Mark Levy, DDS

Dr. Mark Levy’s practice, Sleep Better Columbus is limited exclusively to Dental Sleep Medicine.  He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and has lectured in Russia, Israel and throughout the United States.   Practice limited to providing non-surgical alternatives to CPAPs.

Ed McCarthy

Ed McCarthy brings over 25 years’ experience in marketing, business development, and sales, in the medical device and healthcare industries. Ed is the Vice President of Marketing at Dedicated Sleep, LLC. Before joining Dedicated, Ed was the Vice President of Global Marketing for Oventus Medical, an Oral Appliance manufacturer. He was Senior Director of Marketing and Business Development for Somnera, Inc., where he branded and led the digital launch of a cloud-connected alternative to CPAP. Ed has broad experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, including distribution relationships and alliances in the sleep apnea and MedTech space. Prior roles include Director of International Marketing and Business Development for USGI Medical. Ed has also held Executive Management positions with providers of assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care, including Emeritus and The Ensign Group. He completed his undergraduate studies at California State University, Chico and earned his MBA at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Dr. Terry Gordon, DDS

Dr. Terry Gordon received his dental degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Dr. Gordon holds Fellowship and Diplomate status in Sedation Dentistry from the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation as well as Diplomate status in all four sleep academies: American Sleep and Breathing Academy, Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorders Disciplines, American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, and the American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine. Dr. Gordon practices Dental Sleep Medicine in south-central PA where his practice is limited to adults with sleep-disordered breathing.

Dr. Stephen Poss, DDS

Dr. Stephen Poss graduated from David Lipscomb University and then obtained his dental degree from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry. He has obtained three Diplomates in dental sleep medicine from the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine, the American Board of Craniofacial Dental Sleep Medicine and the Academy of Clinical Sleep Disorders. Dr. Poss also is a Fellow with the Academy of Craniofacial Pain. He maintains dental sleep medicine and TMJ practices in Brentwood and Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

Dr. Jeff Bynum, DDS

Dr. Jeff Bynum earned his dental degree from University of Tennessee-Health Science Center College of Dentistry in 1996. He is a clinical instructor at The Kois Center in Seattle and also taught at The Ickert Teaching Centre in Langley, British Columbia, and ORCAA, Guatemala City. Through these innovative organizations, Dr. Bynum has met and studied with many of the leaders and top clinicians in dentistry today. This work has significantly inspired him to continue to learn and grow in the field of dentistry, give back to his community, and help teach other dentists.

Dr. James Siminski, MD

Dr. James Siminski earned his Medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his Internship and Residency at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. Dr. Siminski conducted his Fellowship training in pulmonary/critical care medicine at the University of Washington. Dr. Siminski is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Gregory Carnevale, MD

Dr. Gregory Carnevale is the Chief Medical Officer for United Healthcare. He earned his medical degree at SUNY Upstate Medical University where he conducted his Internship and Residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery in Otolaryngology and Sleep Medicine. Dr. Carnevale practices in Geneva, New York and has been in practice for more than 20 years.

Jacqueline Karlsen, FNP

Jackie Karlsen started her medical career as an RN in 1988. She received her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Community General Hospital in Syracuse, NY in 2000. She has worked in an Otolaryngology office in Geneva, NY since 2014. She treats patients with sleep disorders, sleep apnea, ENT care and allergies. Jackie’s past experience includes hospital medicine, urgent care, orthopedics, general surgery and urology. She is also a RN First Assistant in the OR. Jackie works with the Dedicated Sleep Medical Director team to provide clinical oversight for the patients we serve.

John Cox

John Cox has over 30 years’ experience in the MedTech sector, including executive experience in Sleep Apnea and therapeutic technology marketing and operations. John is the Chief Operating Officer of Dedicated Sleep, LLC. Prior to this, John was the CEO of Oventus Medical an Oral Appliance manufacturer and he also was President and CEO of Somnera, Inc, where he developed a cloud-connected alternative to CPAP and built out direct to consumer, customer engagement and channel partner programs. In his earlier roles, John served in executive positions at market-leading companies in medical technology and therapeutics, including USGI Medical, B.Braun Aesculap, Applied Medical and Covidien/US Surgical. John holds a BA and MBA with Honors from the University of Virginia and is the named inventor or co-inventor on over 30 U.S. patents.

Dr. Deepak Vadhan, MD

Dr. Deepak Vadhan, MD is a pulmonologist in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Vadhan has extensive experience in Obstructive Lung Disease. He is affiliated with Richmond University Medical Center. He is accepting new patients and telehealth appointments.

Dr. Robert Gordon, MD

Dr. Robert M. Gordon is a pulmonologist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and is affiliated with Mercy Hospital Oklahoma City. He received his medical degree from University of Oklahoma College of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Robert M. Gordon has expertise in treating sleep apnea, asthma, bronchitis, among other conditions – see all areas of expertise. Dr. Robert M. Gordon accepts Medicare, Aetna, Blue Cross, United Healthcare – see other insurance plans accepted.

Dr. Alex McKinlay, MD

Board-certified in both Otolaryngology and Sleep Medicine, trained in San Antonio, and now retired from the US Army after 24 years – Dr. McKinlay provides comprehensive services for pediatric and adult patients with conditions of the ear, nose, throat, and sleep problems in the San Antonio community.

Haramandeep Singh, MD

Dr. Singh is a board certified Sleep Medicine specialist. He earned his medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in St Louis, Missouri. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Chicago, Illinois and a residency in Psychiatry at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.  While practicing psychiatry for 8 years, he developed a keen interest in neuropsychiatric and cardiovascular consequences of untreated sleep disorders which led to completing a fellowship in Sleep Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas, Texas in 2006-2007 where he was the Chief Fellow and published a review paper on use of doxepin in the treatment of insomnia.

In 2008, he brought his expertise to the Tri-Valley area of Northern California as CEO of Sleep Medicine Specialists of California and continues to serve as Medical Director of the Tri-Valley Sleep Center in San Ramon. He is well qualified and has extensive experience in the evaluation and successful treatment of the entire gamut of sleep disorders in the pediatric and adult population such as sleep disordered breathing, insomnia, narcolepsy, restless legs syndrome, etc.

Considered an expert and key opinion leader in the diagnosis and management of narcolepsy, he has a large narcolepsy patient population throughout the country.  He is the Principal Investigator for 3 ongoing clinical trials and had the largest site on the west coast for the Pitolisant Early Access Clinical Evaluation (PEACE) trial. 

He is a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the California Sleep Society. Dr Singh is also a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Peter E. Larsen, DDS, FACS, FACD

Dr. Peter Larsen was born in Kansas City and attended Kansas State University. He completed his dental school at Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska and received his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery specialty training at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Following completion of his specialty training, he joined the full time faculty at the Ohio State University where he has taught and practiced from 1987 until retirement in 2022. During his time at The Ohio State University, he was the Director of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Program, and from 1998 until 2021, the Chair of the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Anesthesiology. He also served as the Chief of the Dental Service at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Dr. Larsen has been actively involved in state and national service having served as the President of the Ohio Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and most recently, as the President of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Academic honors include the Larry J. Peterson Endowed Professor of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery as well as recent induction as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He was also the recipient of the Donald B. Osbon Award from the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons as the most outstanding educator in 2019. Since retirement from full time practice, Dr. Larsen has continued clinical practice on a part-time basis with a focus on pediatric patients and dentoalveolar surgery.

Sue Carrier

Vice President of Administration

Sue joined Dedicated Sleep and Implants in 2017 with over 25 years of experience in the Dental world. Along the way she has gained and utilized her knowledge in medical billing for Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Sue has brought her expertise to Dedicated Sleep and has continued assisting our Practices and Providers with the claim submission and financial reporting needs. As one of the original team members, she has been an instrumental asset to the continued growth within the company. She is a wealth of knowledge and support to the Implant Team working closely with the Oral Maxillofacial Surgery offices, as well as the Sleep Team. As the Corporate Administrator, Sue continues to grow us internally and loves to share her knowledge she’s gained over the years. 

Sue loves spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is looking forward to pivoting her time to creating more of those special and unforgettable moments with her loved ones.

Barry Glassman

Dr. Glassman serves as the Director of Education of Dedicated Sleep. Barry Glassman, DMD, maintained a private practice in Allentown, PA, which was limited to chronic pain management, head and facial pain, temporomandibular joint dysfunction and dental sleep medicine. He is a Diplomate of the Board of the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain, a Fellow of the International College of Craniomandibular Orthopedics and a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pain Management.  He is a member of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain and the American Headache Society. He served as a resident instructor of Craniomandibular Dysfunctions and Sleep Disorders at the Lehigh Valley Hospital Dental Residency. He is a Diplomate of the Board of the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and a guest lecturer at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine’s Craniofacial Pain Program. He is the author of many papers including “TMD-Occlusion-Orthodontic Connection Revisited” with Drs. Don Malizia and Daniele Manfredini, and “The Effect of Regional Anesthetic Sphenopalatine Ganglion Block on Self-Reported Pain with Patients with Status Migrainosus.” He is a popular international speaker on the topics of orofacial pain, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, orofacial pain, occlusion and dental sleep medicine.

Meaghan Hornof

Vice President of the Implant Program
Meaghan Hornof is the Vice President of the Implant Program at Dedicated Sleep & Implants. She has over 30 years of experience in medical/dental billing and administration, working alongside Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, Dental Professionals, Dental Sleep Medicine/TMJ/Craniofacial Pain Providers and Orthodontic Specialists. After joining Dedicated Sleep in 2018, she began building the Implant Program that has become so successful today, helping thousands of patients get the treatment they deserve. Meaghan currently specializes in helping providers obtain in network medical coverage for full mouth reconstructive surgery. She takes pride in knowing that not only is she helping providers get above average reimbursements, but also helping patients obtain total health after suffering for so long—not knowing that that their health insurance coverage could play a role in restoring not only their smile, but their life. She is inspired by her husband and two children. Meaghan likes to ride motorcycles with her husband, craft with her son, and support her daughter in her volleyball career.

Cristy Plain (RPSGT, CCSH)

Vice President of Operations
Cristy Plain has worked in the sleep world since 2004, achieving her RPSGT credential in 2009, and became a CCSH (Certified Clinical Sleep Health) provider in 2013. In addition, she achieved her pediatric certification in 2022. As a sleep health provider, she has managed 16 bed sleep labs, administered a PAP compliance program and was involved in all aspects of a DME, including billing and marketing to outside sources. She has served as the billing coordinator for several dental sleep medicine practices, including assisting with Tricare and Medicare enrollment. In 2018, Cristy joined Dedicated Sleep and currently serves as Director of Operations, overseeing all clinical aspects of the company. In addition, she has served as the internal coordinator for Dedicated Sleep’s proprietary software development, DS Dedicare.

Dr. John Brokloff

CMO Implant Division
Dr. John Brokloff is a board-certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon practicing surgery since 1999. He currently is an Attending Surgeon at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine and Attending Surgeon at Cleveland Stokes VA Hospital where he teaches residents from CWRU. Dr. Brokloff maintains a private practice in Akron, Ohio where he treats a full scope of reconstructive Oral, Facial and sleep disorders. Dr. Brokloff’s corporate career began in 2008 as one of the original founders, partners and instructors for Clearchoice Dental Implants. He is an avid fisherman, boater as well as an Ohio State Buckeye fan.

Jill Glenn

Founder, CEO

Jill has been an advocate and a leader within the sleep field for more than 25 years. She has been personally involved in the development, integration, and management of 100’s of sleep centers and DME providers, which have allowed her to help many types of organizations, initiate and manage long-term sleep apnea programs. Jill is considered to be an expert in the areas of medical billing and regulatory compliance. To date, Jill has been able to help thousands of sleep apnea patients with their sleep testing, DME, and Compliance Support needs. Jill is the founder and the CEO of Dedicated Sleep.
